Am I the only one who finds this weird?

So I’ve met this guy a few times and he’s told me how he really likes me but I don’t like rushing into things so I haven’t said anything like that back.

Anyway, last week we met and he picked up one of my hairs that had fallen onto him in his car and he said he was going to keep it lool. I didn’t think he was being serious but he legit still has it in his drawer at home. He even said if he loses it he’ll be upset. I told him I found it weird but he just laughed it off..
