i'm far left, ask me anything

I guess i'm "alt left" if that's an actual thing, I'm a socialist. Ask me anything.

Also guess i'll put out there: i'm probably one of the few socialists out there to be religous. I'm a christian.

I don't eat popcorn.

I especially wouldn't eat popcorn from anywhere like vue which charges about five quid for a bag of Malteasers

Democracy, of course! EU is a crooked, globalist capitalist club which subverts democracy and is essentially the Forth Reich. A federalised Europe (which the EU is heading towards) was supported by European fascists such as Oswald Mosely.

My man. Im probably centre right but good answer.
Do you think people should work or should everything be state run and free?
I wouldn't say socialist is far left. It's more just left. Communist is far left

Of course, people must work. Most, if not all things should be run by the state. Some would call me a revisionist, but I'd say we should be adopting "British Socialism" or "Socialism with British characteristics". This would be a very democratic system and would also mean we could have a hybrid socialist-free market system, like China.
What about your beliefs do you find make you one of the more extreme lefts? I consider myself rather central, I wobble sides from time to time depending on the situations but I could never imagine being so extremely one or the other
You read Hobbe's idea on Monarchism?
What do you see as a good representation of democracy? Athenian style - everyone gets to vote on everything?

Fair enough, although I'm not a "socialist" in the sense of say Bernie sanders. I'm not a liberal. I'm actually quite socially conservative in some aspects, but many would still call socialist communist.
do you think that the rich have an obligation to provide for th poor ( should the be forced to give money to the less fortunate)
Can you name one country in which socialism has worked effectively? Russia under Stalin? China under Mao? Venezuela? Cuba? North Korea maybe?

I’m a Christian and an economic socialist too. 👍🏻

Are you socially conservative: as in want far less if any immigration, disagree with lgbt stuff, etc ? (I am)

Haven't read it.

Obviously the monarchy would be incompatible with the type of socialism I'd be advocating for, but is not incompatible with the type Corbyn is advocating for - social democracy -which exists in countries like Denmark that has a monarchy.

I think we should have far more referendums, like say a referendum on bringing back the death penalty or a referendum on marijuana legalisation. That way you can keep people happy.
