Is training in mma once a week enough to improve?

Is training for Muay Thai (some say its not mma I know) boxing once a week enough to improve at the sport? Im struggling to attend more as I train in athletics and work 60 hours per week

Keep doing what you can no matter how little because its obviously much better than nothing. Those skills with come in handy one day.

What kind of question is that?

Your grandpa doesn't even need to train for this fight. He'll smash mcgregor

Will do. Placing my bets on walter!
I mean, you'll never become a pro at that rate, but I go to MMA classes like once a month and I've picked up a lot over the last few years.
Probably not, you won't see noticeable improvement unless you go like atleast 3 times a week.

all of these people have no clue what they're talking about, if your fitness is good enough and you work hard in your one session then you will see decent improvement even once a week.

Remember, once a week or month or year is better than no training at all.
