in this question I've to find, in tearms of pi, the volume of the solid revolution formed.
I know how to solve the problem but how do I find the limits?

Are you rotating about the x axis or the y axis?

I'm guessing the x axis as all the others were the x axis.

So then you need limits for x.

The portion you are rotating clearly begins at x=0 hopefully this is obvious, and the next limit along is where this portion ends. Clearly it ends where the curve cuts the x axis.

So solve 4-x^2=0 for the upper limit.
has a number not photo copied or something?
