Best Northumbria housing?

Hi, I’m planning on going to Northumbria and just want to know the best housing for going out and socialising etc. I’ve looked at glenamara but really don’t want to share a a bathroom?
Hiya, I'm in liberty quay at the min n it's lovely but I'm moving home so I have a room available n need someone to take it off my hands. It's a very sociable accommodation n such good value for money. You get your own bathroom too. £107 a week, let me know if you're interested

I'd really recommend Portland Green www.pgsv.co.uk - I'm a Newcastle student and stayed here last year, the facilities are really good and it's all en-suite. It's also majority Northumbria students and if you stay in Bryson Court or Rosedale Court it's very sociable :yep: (I stayed in Newton which was pretty quiet but it was brand new last year so may pick up this year & next etc!)

Have you looked at The Shield?

ALL of our rooms are ensuite - so theres no need to share bathrooms here!


We have a great social vibe here at The Shield. The students are extremely independant and outgoing and they make great use of our Social Areas (they hold their own parties in our social spaces alongside our events), but we also have some extremely hardworking students here too who take advantage of our cosy Study Rooms.

We have high spec, luxury ensuite rooms from £105 per week.
