True but economics is much more likely to lead to a higher paying job than criminology

Your worth is not defined by your choice of degree. And the quality of your degree subject is not increased by belittling other subjects - that just makes you look petty.

Chill out, it’s just a general discussion, learn to just laugh things off. Just tryna find out what people think. They are all good degrees, but they’re obviously not worth exactly the same

So is a PPE degree crap then? It includes politics and philosophy? Or are you saying they are crap on their own as single honours ?

Reason being PPE at a good university is amazing. But Politics on it's own at Sheffield is horrible. Only a few hours a week from what I've heard, which isn't worth the 9K a year. Criminology at a good university as long as you do well will guarantee a job. But in my opinion I wouldn't do any of those degrees, maybe economics.

What do you think about Politics and Philosophy joint honours? So PP instead of PPE? And even if it’s a few hours, that doesn’t mean you can chill around, you have to do lots and lots of independent study and reading

yo, if you want to do ppe then you go do ppe, my opinion shouldn't matter.

all im saying is that I think those degrees are just boring and useless.

And I don’t think you should describe it as ‘horrible’ 😂. Politics is an academic subject that is quite difficult from what I’ve heard. Something that can be described as horrible is photography media studies
