What would your conclusion be to the question: 'What was the signifance of Mao's social policies'
I don't know whether to say:'it was successful to a ... extent'
or to say :' the significance was...'
Any help/advice much appreciated!
I would go with the latter.
i.e. 'In conclusion, Mao's social policies were significant because...' or 'the significance of Mao's policies lay in the fact that..." (or something like that).

Do you both study MAO’S China for ALevel history ?? I’m just asking because I could do with a little help and support as I just got my first assessment back and it was not what I expected please reply
