worried about applying for too many different courses, I already have a place for next year at Exeter but I want to reapply

1) St andrews - History and Russian
2) Edinburgh - History and Classics
3) Exeter - History and International relations
4 + 5) Most likely straight history or any of the above where possible

I've drafted the points of my PS and written one but it's going to basically overlap subjects throughout

i.e
1) Russian history point + international relations point
2) Straight history point
3) Classical history + History point (russian history)
4) Classical literature + Russian literature point

I'm just stressed that all this effort I'll put into this content heavy PS will be useless as any of the unis could get annoyed that it's not focused on their designated course

You've got too many variations there to write a good PS. With the Scottish unis you often take (at least doing a 4 year course) a number of electives in another subject and it can be easier to change your degree title
