Forensic Psychology Bsc Courses

Ok so I definitely want to take a BSc Forensic Psychology course, and Coventry is my first choice, but I'm not sure if theres any better universities that offer Forensic Psychology?

Also, I don't have much understanding of the specific definition of what forensic psychology is? All I know is that psychology is my favourite subject and that I would like to work with the police service/ youth justice system in the future.

I think people usually do forensic psychology as a Master's degree because it's an aspect of Psychology. It might be best for you to do a degree in Psychology (and Criminology) first and then if you still wanted to, do a Forensic Psych Master's degree. Doing a Psych degree first will keep more options open for you in the future rather than narrow you in into a very narrow field.
Forensic Psychology is about linking psychology with the law and criminal justice system, it looks at the theories of crime, specific types of offenders, research into crime, risk assessments, expert evidence etc. I agree that it is generally more logical to start off broad with a regular Psychology degree and then specialise when you get to Masters level, you may find that what you want to do in the future will completely change as you work through your degree so then your options won't be as limited if you do choose to go into something else.
