Probably a lot don't but the Flat Earth Society responded in a tweet to whether they believe in climate change:

"Certainly. It would be nothing short of irresponsible to question something with so much overwhelming evidence behind it and something that threatens us so directly as a species."

Global warming I dont see how they couldnt, it has little to do with what shape the earth nominally is. although according to them any rise in sea water would simply fall off the side of the earth, no?
I wouldn’t take anything “Flat-earthers” say seriously anyway
