What an absurd amount to spend on food, paticularly as a student. That's £90.00 per week. You urgently need to learn to cook and be more money savvy.
I stick to a budget of £20.00 per week and eat very nicely and that's in London (I don't drink alcohol, coffee or smoke).

I don't. I use a well-known UK swinging website for that express purpose.
I edit essays/dissertations as a side hussle and that pays for my mini-holidays. I recently backpacked around California for 3.5 weeks. Flight, accommodation (hostels), food, transport, all came in at £1, 100.
I'm the ultimate pinch-penny.

no offense, this seems like complete bs, £20 a week, is below £3 a day, what can you possibly consume with such little money that can comprise a proper diet

Pasta, pizza, risotto, jack potato, tortilla wraps, couscous, rice, lentils, inter alia. As part of my scholarship, I'm entitled to a free lunch every day (it isn't great at UCL, let me tell you).
