Dstl graduate scheme 2019/20

Has anybody applied for the dstl graduate scheme?
I was just wondering where everybody’s application is at now that the deadline has passed. Also, what people’s application status says.

I’ve done the video interview and my application says “invited to interview” but when I click on “schedule interview” it says no slots available?

Same!
I got confused because it says to arrive 20 minutes early and take ID.
I’m guessing that was just the invite to the video interview 😕 wishing I’d checked my status before I did It now.
I completely flunked the VI so I’m not hopeful.
I wonder how long it is till we hear
I think mine changed to invited to interview after the video interview?

That’s interesting, suppose we will just have to keep an eye on it.
Do you know if they take all of our performances so far in to consideration or is it just the VI. I can’t find much info online about it
No idea I’m afraid - what did you get in your feedback so far? I got a 6.

Yeah I got a 6
And got better than 94% and 86% on the tests.
I had a complete brain block doing the video so I’m hoping they take in to consideration previous marks 😕
Any news? I’m still waiting impatiently!

From reading old threads it seems that the application process is a long one. I don’t think my VI was very good so I’ve kinda written my application off for this one!

How do you feel it went?

I take it it’s just the graduate scheme that they take this long with then? Which role did you apply for?
Thank you! Business support is quite a wide area - admin etc. They said it’s a good foot in the door and then I can specialise in something like HR or project management. I think it went okay, quite relaxed and nice interviewers.

Have you heard back from either yet?

That sounds like a good way to get in to the company, I’ve heard you can move around departments quite easily once there.

Did you ever hear back from the grad scheme?

I was offered a level 4 role for business support but I’m on the reserve list until a vacancy comes up.
