I think we need a Panorama Special about him. We need to know what makes him so loved by these women. Some claim that he is very intelligent but the. In public he comes across like a daft 12 year old.

It's the crazy hair, the eccentricity, the intelligence, the wit, the posh accent. He was really good when he appeared on Have I Got News For You a few years ago and his father and sister seem charming on reality TV.

I didn't vote for him but I can see why he is attractive

Taste, a preference for brunettes perhaps? I know the bar for ability in cabinet ministers was set really low with Chris Grayling, but Liz Truss 'we import our cheese, that is a disgrace' isn't that good.
