Tuition fee loan and Maintenance loan after BREXIT
Hi!
I’m Italian and I'm about to apply for an undergraduate course starting in September 2020.
Meanwhile, the UK is leaving the EU, so my question is: Will l still be eligible for Tuition Fee Loan after Brexit (January 31st)?
If yes, Will I continue to have access to it for all the duration of my course, so even for my second and third year?
Next week I will be living and working in London, so Do you know if I will also be able to apply for a Maintenance Loan as a Migrant worker?

We expect to have more finalised eligibility criteria for EU students once applications open for 20/21.
