Will the same universities reply to different courses at different times? Being having received an offer for one course from a university but haven’t received anything yet for a different course from the same university?
Yeah, different people are in charge for admissions to different subjects so they’ll have different response times. Also taking into consideration how many applicants they recieve as subjects with less competition may hear back faster while popular subjects may wait until the deadline to begin reviewing applications.

Yes. Universities don’t use automated systems to make decisions about applications. That means humans with a range of different jobs and responsibilities so different applications will be looked at by different people
