Not all. Do some research, a small number of women can't. Some it may be physical and some psychological. I have a friend with a very attentive husband, heaps of sex toys etc and she's never had one. Made an interesting drunk conversation..............

I’ve been able to make a girl laugh and giggle but not orgasm.
I know exactly how to make a girl have an orgasm. Foreplay really works wonders. I use both my index and middle to run along her g-spot. Kind of like the running man. Then when she's done, I begin thrusting, but I make sure not to just start thrusting hard or start pounding like some savage hoping to just dump my load.
