However many you can take. Most students take around eight GCSEs, how many does your school offer?
I did 10 GCSEs or 11 if you count FSMQ Additonal Mathematics
On average, my school did 9/10. Typically English lit and Lang, maths, either double or triple science, history/geography, a language, and two other options you can choose freely. There were extra stuff like further maths, and after schools GCSEs like dance and astronomy. Personally, if your school is like mine and asks for your best top 8 GCSES to be accepted into sixth form, I’d suggest 9/10 so you have one or two GCSEs where you have room for error
