I don't think so for my course, political economy. Applied on 30th oct and received an offer in early nov

I applied with A*A*A* predicted, and 4xA*/9, 3xA/7, 3xB at GCSE.
I received the offer about a week before Christmas, and the conditions are A*AA.
i applied roughly around the same time and im still waiting..

I'm still waiting, applied 13 Jan. Predicted grades 95 out of 100 for exams, and 5.0 GPA out of 5.0. (EU student)
