How long can you hold your breath with no training, and on your first attempt?

I got 1 minute 18 seconds
YOOOO i got 1min. I stopped and had a tiny bit of time left probs 10 secs.

Got asthma as well but dang i usually do 30. Imma try again and beat a min

I haven't timed how long I can hold my breath for ages used to only be about 30 secs but just tried it and got 1 min 6 secs, actually suprised myself a bit haha

1 minute 30 seconds lol- 2nd attempt. First attempt I got 1 minute 2 seconds.
