Owed holiday pay

I started a job at McDonald’s in August of last year, I handed in my notice in December and my final day was the 21st of December. I worked my notice and gave them my uniform back however on my last pay I didn’t get my holiday pay. I’ve never took my holiday pay out so I’m entitled to the full amount. I have tried to contact my old manager and the store it’s self and they’re ignoring me! I’ve even emailed payroll and they’ve told me that they haven’t taken me off the system and still have me listed as an employee! I’ve told them I want to be taken off the system and I want my holiday pay and my P45 but they’ve emailed the store and said that there’s been no reply! I don’t know who else I can contact
Tell payroll you will be seeking legal advice if they refuse to process your request for the payment of monies owed.

It's a legal requirement to issue your P45, and while there is no formal deadline, a single pay period would be the maximum considered normally. Payroll are the people there to push with a threat to HMRC if they don't comply.

Do you know how much holiday pay you're actually entitled to? It's not legal to 'roll-up' your statutory holiday entitlement (5.6 equivalent weeks incl bank holidays) so to get paid it would require your employer to give you a more generous entitlement and for your contract to enable that to be paid if not taken. Are you sure that is the position? It's quite unusual in your first 6 months.
