I did my video interview a week or so ago for Client Solutions.

There are a couple of other threads kicking around as well:

Has anyone done the AC for Lloyds? I've been invited to one in Feb and wanted to know if anyone can give me an insight on the day?

Anyone got any idea what the day entails seeing as they say there's 'no preparation required' before the day

I have an AC for risk management on the 19th of Feb. But, I have an exam on that day which I can't miss. Is there somebody who has their AC for risk management either the 13 or the 18th of Feb and be willing to swap dates with me? I'll really appreciate it. Please PM if you can.

I attended the AC for Clients Solution and basically what we had was :
One group exercise.
One strength based interview.
Numerical test.
Some 'micro exercise' which is basically rotating from room to room and complete small tasks.
VR exercise. This is pretty cool actually. Tbh, I think all they're looking for is how you approach the task.

Hope this helps:smile:

How difficult is the Numerical Test? Are you allowed a calculator?

It's like the one you took when you first submitted your application. It's a re-test. And yes, you're provided with a calculator.
