Dyslexia reading troubles

I am dyslexic and I have noticed that I am getting tired really quickly when reading - I can be 1 or 2 pages in and I will be yawning and sleepy (and I am not even bored). My eyes will also be watery. Sometimes if I read a lot during the day I will have a headache (around the eyes) and I am getting stingy eyes from iPad / phone screens . I am wondering if I need glasses or if there are any solutions.

basically these things:
product: https://www.amazon.co.uk/colours-Suitable-Dyslexic-Dyspraxic-learners/dp/B010VZ9MOS?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_15 they make it so
result: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tinted-Reading-Rulers-Plain-Aqua/dp/B007WRNK42?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_10
they help you see the pages in a clearer manner probably cause the pages and screens are white that you struggle to read but yeah see if they help!!

Hi thanks I have thought about the color thing but I was wondering whether these are only for people who see words moving / distortions ? Will they help with tiredness and sore eyes ?

honestly don't know I am not dyslexic just very very very mildly autistic (so I don't use them) but try them out to see they work?, go to your local optician/GP etc. I am terrible at giving advice lol... but yeah buy the rulers and see how it goes from there I suppose?
Reading rulers do help, I use them since the uni lighting is really bad for concentrating. They do really help
