Struggling - bio ocr b

So I'm doing Biology A Level OCR B (Advancing Biology) and am really struggling with exam questions. The multiple choice questions - all the answers seem right and I have to guess and the written questions are so specific. Any advice other than keep practising them? Resources?
why don't u print out the examiner's report/ specification/ mark schemes so u know exactly what ur looking for
