Revision technique

I’m in first year of a level and have been writing out questions in a book and then going back to answering them in my head. Is this a useful technique?

no i revise differently for each subject
for sciences i keep rewriting notes till i learn them and i use flashcards. and in geography i use the method that you said
as long as you are learning the content it doesn't matter how you revise :h:

Yeah I don’t want move London lol way to far away from me and grades will be to high.
My targets are D’s so need do well in end of year to boost them up
