Foreskin problem

Okay, i think i have condition here . While fully erect, i have trouble pulling skin past wide part of the head, i mean, i can pull it past that point if i try, but it stays tight behind head afterwards, and is very uncomfortable feeling.
I always thought this was normal, untill i saw guys in porn pulling it back and forth so easily with no trouble.

it does sting when it becomes tight around head. I can even see this one tight skin ring around the head

Can i somehow fix it my self? Do i need operation? What do i do?

I wouldnt worry. I have a tight frenulum which is where the strand of skin connecting the tip of the penis to the foreskin won’t fully go over the head. However I’ve been to my gp and they’ve said until it’s affecting my health or restricting me or am sexually active and it’s still tight they’re not gonna do anything so I can’t even get it halfway down the head.

I got circumcised at 12 due to a tight foreskin. My Dad is circumcised so it was just done without my saying. I did regret having it done during school as I was the odd one out in the showers etc... but not I have a girlfriend and a bit older, I'm totally fine with it. I've never had any experience of sex with a foreskin so i can only say that my sex life with my girfriend is good and she is happy to give me oral any time compared to stories I hear from friends who's gf's will not do it unless the shower etc.... I'm glad I'm in a steady relationship as sex with a circumcised penis and a condom is not great.... so much better without one..... just make sure you use some contraception though !!!!

What on earth do you mean? Showering in school? Is this like a group thing or do they have cubicles? That’s really weird? Are you from America, is that normal for you guys?
