Casinos, food culture, freedom of speech, free market capitalism, nightlife, investment banking, luxury hotels, skyscrapers, tax havens, tech startups, private adoption, paid surrogacy laws.
Mostly USA.
Europe for most part
Europeans are superior to North Americans. they're bunch of weirdos.

If it means where I would rather live, I'd say USA. Everyone seems happy and friendly there, the weather is good, there's lots of space; and they have huge houses. It seems like the perfect country.
I find Britain on the whole depressing, and I can't speak any foreign languages so I wouldn't be able to go somewhere nice in Europe either. A lot of European countries are similarly depressing.
