Does the offer you firm have to be on the same course as the one you apply for adjustment?
Eg: firming biomed but applying for medicine

No.

But, more importantly, are you eligible for the Cambridge Adjustment scheme?

Yes of course.

But don't firm a course you don't want to study... there's no guarantee you will be successful in Adjustment. (See the stats in the thread.)

This might be a silly question, but do you think Cambridge adjustment will be affected in any way by A Level exams being postponed?
just thinking the same thing
Cancelling A levels could Rob people of the chance offered by adjustment

I was just think of the same thing, I am in a predicament. From my understanding Cambridge tend to over offer e.g. Maths as people are differentiated on the STEP papers. Everyone is in this situation then it may be unlikely that adjustment happens this year. If so I am very annoyed.

Johnson was indicating that qualifications will still be awarded, but we don't yet know on what basis, or when.

And frankly we don't know if universities will start the next academic year on time either.

too many unknowns .... just keep doing what you're doing.

and stay well
