Man, as long as you are healthy as well as your family, there is no problem that is great enough to make you feel down. Just take a look at it with another perspective.
In 2 months I got my shoulder dislocated, I learnt that my only grandma I had ever known had a stomach cancer and she died 2 months later while I was working on a farm in Vancouver so I couldn’t meet her, 2 days after her death, I learnt that my mum I has a rectum cancer. Than I began to have health issues( pain in my testicle, leg and back) and doctors can t find what it is after 2 MRIs, 3 ultrasounds, 1 X ray, 3 blood examinations, 3 urines examinations. Then 2 months ago tinnitus came and it s driving me mad. I am stuck in my bed because of the pain, cannot even support my mum while she is under treatment and cannot get some time to swallow and understand that my grandma is gone forever. You can imagine, I got into depression with some bad ideas and I am under medications.
Man be strong and think of it as a problem that is not worth putting you down.
