According to the graph, Km with inhibition should be 30 right?

LIH has given you a good explanation there

Hey i edited my earlier post so.. 30μM is Km apparent
For Km, 10μM to 1 sf is 10μM
And for the last....

I thought the question was asking abt Kmapp?

Question itself is asking about two Km one is absence of inhibition and one is presence of inhibition and finally it's asking for Ki

Hold on. We are now sure that Km without inhibition is definitely 10 and with inhibition is 30 according to the graph

Yep so now we have got values for Km, Kmapp, concentration of inhibitor...now just plug in to this equation

But for Ki we have to know Kmapp first. The Kmapp should be 33?

Kmapp is the substrate concentration at half vmax in the graph with inhibitor
Km apparent is 30μM

The question is i don't know Ki and Kmapp at this stage
