Thoughts about A level Politics or Philosophy

I'm in year 11 and struggling to narrow down my a levels. I think I want to do English Lit, Maths, Chemistry and History but I also like the look of Philosophy or Politics. What are your thoughts on Philosophy or Politics? I would be taking Edexcel for Politics and OCR for Philosophy.

4 Alevels is so hard. I dont even recommend 4, let alone 5. Don't do 5, especially if you're wanting to do english lit, history and chemistry

I'm no going to do 5. I was simply looking at them an do would swap a subject so that I am only taking 4. Sorry that was not very clear in the question.

FYI OCR Philosophy is actually religious studies and 1/3 of it will include study of a Religion, probably Christianity.

The only exam board which does philosophy A level is AQA.

OCR RS is 1/3 Philosophy of religion, 1/3 ethics, 1/3 study of one religion, so there's some philosophy but philosophy of religion not topics like epistemology or philosophy of mind as there is in the AQA Philosophy A level.
