Bum hurts

Am looking for some advise my bum seems to hurt wen do a poo plus hurts and itches after wards what is it and what can I use
Have you got any scotch tape in the house?
Have you tried applying chilli to your towel and wiping it? It helped me. May or may not help you.
Don't listen to some of the advice on here, wow :biggrin:
This may sound strange, but make sure you have a shower sometime today/tomorrow, the hot water might alleviate the pain. But also, this could be constipation... so, eat more foods with fibre i, i.e. cereal (especially Weetabix aha), bananas, well any fruit or veg for that matter. Hope this helps :smile:

Thanks I hope so it so uncomfortable I've been putting sudocrem on it does tht help
