Not really despite the current situation, I live in quite a rural white village area and most of the folks are quite nice. Most of the racist attacks occurrs in the cities and was mostly inflicted by young delinquents and chavs.

In my honest opinion, I can't be bothered. If you can provide me with a suitable alternative to the word "Chav", i willing to heed to your demands, or shall I change it to the "underclass" because even calling them working class is too good for them, I know genuine honest working class folks and to put these scoundrels of society in the same category as the honest working class folks who labour day and night to provide their family an honest living and to provide their sons and daughter the best education is beyond me.

Depends, I never been to korea. I'd say the best place to get sea food is taiwan, great value for good quality seafood.
