Any overlap topics in GCSE biology and A level AQA

Hi, I was wondering if there are any overlap topics that are covered in GCSE and A levels. I want to get a head start to bio cause I've heard its quite challenging. also, we didn't get to finish the whole biology spec so I don't see the point in trying to learn something that I wouldn't need to know.
Gas exchange and mass transport comes up such as the heart stuff, and stuff to do with the plants such as transpiration etc.

It’s best to look at the specification on the exam boards website

Both AQA?

Yeah
From the GCSE spec, it overlaps roughly with Cells, Organisation, Inheritance, variation and evolution, Bioenergetics Homeostasis and response
