Expired Passport

Hello, I am sorry to bother you, I have a problem with my passport which has expired in February 2020, however, I had scheduled an appointment for a new one at Consulate of Romania in London on the 1st April 2020 but unforcently it has been cancelled due to the COVID19. I am applying for student finance and my first academic year will start on September 2020 and I am completing a EUN paper application form where they require a valid passport which I can't provide.
