Well it’s on Snapchat so all the images delete after viewing thus I’m not in possession of them. And we’re both under 18 and over 16, the age of consent.

If you’re sending nudes to her, and she’s sending nudes to you you’re both committing a crime. You’re both creating child pornography and you’re both viewing it.
