Will I get a NIP?

I accidentally made an illegal right turn. The straight lane was green but after I passed I realised I had to turn right. (My satnav randomly announced it) I don’t believe that lane had gone green behind me, but I stupidly turned right anyway. what will happen? (At 10pm, super empty road, London). I guess it’s only a violation if there’s a camera to catch me after the lights? Pls help, freaking out!

You might or you might not. Wait 14 days (with exceptions to the rule).

It’s a violation whether or not there’s a camera present.
Whether you get pulled for it-now That depends on whether there is a camera. And yeah, just wait and hope not.
