want to go to my insurance choice but not sure what to do

My insurance choice (university of Essex) gave an unconditional offer whereas my firm choice (Aston university) gave me a conditional offer. I want to go to my insurance choice so what do I do?

You should phone UCAS and tell them you would like to swap your two unis and they will be able to advise you further

Okay, if I don’t do this will I not be able to go to my insurance ?

I'm not sure I understand your question, sorry.

But if you do nothing and get the grades to go to your Firm choice uni you will be given a place at your Firm choice uni. So if you want to go to your Insurance, the best thing is to phone UCAS and ask them to swap your choices around.
