Not as a qualification.

This company is dodgy as anything don’t pay them money.

If you want to study chemistry then find somewhere offering a proper A level course.

What country will you be wanting to teach in?
What subject will you be wanting to teach?

this is my situation -
I have A levels in Biology, Psychology and Maths, and I am undertaking a Biological Sciences degree with the hopes of becoming a teacher
I am aware I’ll need to teach Chemistry and Physics up to GCSEs and so I am scared that I will be disadvantaged at employment without the A levels in them. I thought i could do a distance learning diploma or certification to make up for it in some way! I don’t know what to do!

You would boost your employability by getting experience in a teaching environment and working with young people more than by throwing money at these organisations.
Talk to teachers and schools about what matters in recruitment. These sorts of dodgy certificates aren’t going to be helpful.

No it’s another dodgy company offering a non recognised “qualification”.

Have you spoken to many teachers about your career plans?

Yes but some on TSR say it’s an advantage to have the other science a levels as Biology isn’t in as a demand so i’m confused on what to do!
I talked to this company and they said it’s international, hence why it is not recognised by Ofqual, but can be used on UCAS

CIE is recognised. Their level 3 diploma certificate isn’t going to help you get a job as a science teacher.

Most people on TSR are sixth form students. They’re not experienced teacher recruiters. And if it is an advantage to have A LEVELS in those subjects then A LEVELS are what would help - not handing over cash for a diploma from a dodgy distance learning company.

Have a look at the entry requirements for science pgce where you are thinking of going. Some are happy enough with your single degree, some would rather you had an a level in another science also.
Once you have your pgce degree you are qualified to teach science. But yeah, I’d be more inclined if it’s for your cv to look into a proper a-level qualification.
