How do you pronounce the 8th letter of the alphabet?

How do you pronounce the 8th letter of the alphabet?

As TSR is (I'm assuming) a reasonably good snapshot of young people in the UK, I'm curious as to how people usually pronounce the eighth letter of the alphabet? (H, if you hadn't worked that out!)

There's no 'h' in 'h'.

Fact.
The right way.
I pronounce it as 'aitch', but a lot of people in India pronounce it as 'hetch'

"Haitch". That's more natural to me, in my opinion.

The letter 'h' does not appear in the spelling of the letter 'aitch'. In other words, there's no 'h' in 'h'.

My former English teacher wouldn't listen to us unless we pronounced it 'aitch' so he must have been doing something right!
