Why does no one answer me ;(
I am doing further maths,maths,physics , computer science and like to do civil engineering , say i get AAB and a D in computer science for civil engineering, uni s only ask for maths and physics so will they look at the D in computer science will a person with ABB B(in cp) picked over me

In actuality what you need to do is post your queries in the appropriate forum where you will receive more specialised replies

Computer Science isn’t massively related to Civil Engineering so it is unlikely that universities will look down upon you for getting a D, providing you do get the ABB that they require. A candidate that has ABB B(cp) would probably look like a better applicant because it shows a better proficiency on computers which is good for modelling and CAD. A university probably won’t favour someone with Computer Science since it’s not listed as a required subject and most of it isn’t useful to Civil Engineering. Providing that you get the ABB you need in Maths, Further Maths and Physics and have a strong personal statement and UCAS application then you will be fine.

I’m assuming that you’re Y12? I’m also assuming by “picked” you mean to receive interview/offer? The following is aimed at a Y12 student who has not yet completed UCAS uni applications. Grades aren’t the only part of the assessment unis make. If you meet the grade and subject requirements for the course (which may be different depending on the uni), then you already have a chance. Idk if there are interviews required for civil engineering - if there are then you can imagine that has a fair bit of weight in the final decision. If you perform significantly better in interview than this other candidate with better predicted grades, you could get chosen instead for the offer. Like a post mentioned before, a good quality personal statement showing genuine interest in the field that goes beyond school curriculum against a really basic one where there’s nothing to back up their claims of passion/interest in the course could mean you get chosen over the candidate. There’s more than just grades to consider and unis don’t expect you to be 100% perfect in every area assessed.

People give up their time for free to help others on here, nobody is entitled to a response. The rules for offtopic conversation is far more relaxed in areas like chat so although you may pull in more people the actual value of their replies may be less. Now that your thread is in the correct place people who frequent the engineering forum such as @Smack will likely see it and give their experienced input.
It is also against site guidelines to create multiple threads on the same topic so please just be patient (your other thread was up for less than half an hour) and stick with one thread

Usually depends on strength of your application as a whole but they be more interested in maths, further maths and physics grades than computer science grade.

The unis will look at your AAB and not pay too much attention to the D - therefore, they will compare you to other applicants with AAB. I would go so far as to say why are you even bothering with a 4th A level when it would be better to concentrate all your efforts into your top 3 subjects?

Also very few engineering courses at that level of entry requirements are competitive to the point where they're making those kinds of choices, in fact I'd go as far as saying Oxbridge and Imperial are probably the only universities where there are borderline cases for engineering admissions, although there are likely a handful of others where borderline cases may exist but these will almost always be determined based upon the personal statement or the informal open day interview/attendance.
Most courses will give you a three grade offer, with occasional specific requirements (i.e. maths at grade A plus AB). So long as you meet those requirements, whatever you get in a fourth subject, as long as it wasn't specified in your offer, won't matter.
