Ignoring girls

So if acting uninterested in girls gets you girls how do you get a girls attention and build a relationship if you are trying to act uninterested?
I just really don't know how it works

Tell and show them you are interested. Why would a girl be interested if you are acting like you don't care??

Completely disagree, if I like someone and the guy starts ignoring me it's a major turn off and I'll move onto the next person who does show appreciation for me. I can't stand someone who plays games.

You either want someone or you don't, if you do then you need to put in effort.

I'm not sure who gave you that advice but they clearly have no experience when it comes to relationships.

If you are obsessive and you are getting nothing back then yes you can look odd.

But if they have shown interest then no. I feel like so many guys are immature and don't put effort in to be cool or "one of the lads". If you like someone you shouldn't care.
