A Level Maths, Further Maths and Pure Maths Question

You could not be awarded pure maths alongside maths and further maths - in general units can only contribute to one qualification.

You would have to look elsewhere to get a third A-level. (even if it was technically allowed I doubt universities and the like would accept it)

You would need more than just F1 and F2 for further maths - you would need four modules that you didn't pick as part of maths or F3. (ie. you need 4 of F3/S3/D1/M1-3)

If you just want an AS in FM you could take FP1 and two modules that you didn't pick as part of maths.

How about the following subjects?

International Advanced Level in Mathematics: P1, P2, P3, P4, S1, S2

International Advanced Level in Further Mathematics: FP1, FP2, S3/ FP3

It looks like 3 units are enough to complete International Advanced Level in Further Mathematics according to the specification I found on the edexcel website.

Does that mean it is impossible to do 3 mathematics subjects?

Fine for maths but still no for FM. I think you're reading incorrectly, it says above the table that the A-levels consist of 6 units. You will need 2 more modules in addition to FP1, FP2, FP3, S3. (the combinations that would make the most sense would be D1/M1 or M1/M2, though I think it is technically possible to "skip" units eg. take M1 and M3, but this wouldn't make much sense considering the knowledge gap)

Yes - the only circumstance you could be awarded 3 maths A-levels was with the old Edexcel (home, not intl) A-level if you did all 18 modules. (you would be awarded A-levels in maths, further maths and further maths (additional)) Such a route doesn't exist with Edexcel IALs.
