It is possible to transfer to UCL from KCL?

Hi! I hold an unconditional offer to study Engineering at KCL and wanted to ask if it would be possible to transfer from KCL to UCL for Engineering. I have met the A level requirements for UCL.

Once started into second year
While it technically is possible, you would need to speak to UCL to check whether they would accept transfers, and if so whether they would allow you to enter into 2nd year with evidence of prior learning.
