I don't know if you already heard of it but senecalearning.com is good.

would recommend using sites like bbc bitesize and seneca, if that's your thing.
primarily though, cgp revision guides are the best and some come in a bundle, where you can get exam questions to practice as well.

on yt, you have freesciencelessons, primrose kitten (who is a little inaccurate), and I'm sure you can find many channels by searching.

if your school has it, hegartymaths is great, although he is a bit slow in his videos. they are useful though.

for maths, i'd recommend using corbettmaths just to keep your mind up to speed and fresh. their 5 a day is great and will help you realise where to revise.

my best advice for revision is to look at the spec and kinda make a checklist out of it. revise everything that is on there and be sure to do past papers.
when i was revising for my compsci gcse, I literally did every past paper available and I found that the questions are *effectively* repeated every year, but changed up slightly. this basically meant my mocks were awesome and i got a 9 as my grade

hope this post helps

what exam board for comp science are you doing?

I was supposed to do OCR computer science in june, with spec j276. I did past papers that were specs j276, j275 and a451
I'm going to be Yr 11 after summer holidays and I'm doing OCR too. How can I find past papers to revise??

i'm going to assume you are doing j276. make yourself familiar with the spec and make a spreadsheet with each topic rated in terms of confidence,so you prioritise the weakest topics for revision
(https://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/225975-specification-accredited-gcse-computer-science-j276.pdf)

past papers are available online and the ocr ones are located here
(https://www.ocr.org.uk/qualifications/gcse/computer-science-j276-from-2016/assessment/)

some might not be available, but revision world and a few sites have them.

this is one page you can use:

google is also your best friend for this. just search the name of the spec, followed by the date then pdf.

as for practice questions, I would recommend using this cgp book (https://www.amazon.co.uk/GCSE-Computer-Science-Practice-Workbook/dp/1782946039)

hope this helps you

Wow ty so much
I love computer science and for some papers we have done I get 6, 7 and 8 grades but I just kind of memorise the answer when I'm revising like I don't understand it but just memorise all the complex terms and stuff. I sometimes do well cause I can memorise but not so much understand so I'm worried and I really need help on that. My teacher when he teaches just does it quite generally and I'm not even sure what question I should ask him cause sometimes I'm just not sure what quite I don't understand.
Does the cgp book also contain answers?
Should I buy the first one or the second for revision guide?

People on here have suggested the best sites already.

There are some really neat You tubers who focus on GCSE subjects, here are some:

Mr Bruff- English lit and lang
Primrose Kitten- Science (Bio, Chem + Phys)
Primrose Kitten- Maths
Free Science Lessons- Science (All topics both foundation and higher Bio, Chem + Phys)
Mr Mcillian- Religious Studies
The Ever Learner- Spanish
These are some of my sources that I used during GCSE, it really helped me to achieve top marks!

English Literature-scarp Mr Bruff every student uses it and examiner would feel like they're reading the same thing, definitely use Stacey Reay, she honestly helped!(find her on youtube)
English Language- I would say again use Stacey Reay, honestly helped me to get top marks!
Maths- 100% use https://www.mathsgenie.co.uk/ (Maths genie was my life saver) it has tutorial videos and do all the past papers regardless of what year they were
Science- I preferred Primrose Kitten but also give free science lessons a go but definitely use this website https://mathsmadeeasy.co.uk/gcse-science-revision/ and print all their papers!
Language based subjects- Use duolingo!! as well as quizlet to test yourself
Relgious studies- Use Mr Finlayson youtube!!!!!!
History- Watch Matthew Langridge vidoes, it honestly helped me to go from a 3 to 7!
Anyone whose doing pratcial stuff e.g photography(which I did)/art/art textiles- I recommend you to go outside the box, even if it takes more time it will help you, think big and go in depth, if you have a blank book fill it in, if you have a paragraph design it, the examiner will be looking at techniques and style! Creativity and standing out from the rest is the best way to achieve good marks!

I hope this helps anyone! Good luck!! and remember these exams only happen once make the most out of it
Ty your all GCSE GENIES!!!

I personally haven't tried the Pearson revision guide for CS, so naturally I would opt for the CGP one.

CGP's guide is also quite easy to understand and I personally wouldn't buy the Pearson one, as they are the ones making Edexcel exams, not OCR ones 😐.

I may be wrong in that aspect, but you can never go wrong with CGP 😂

Edit: forgot to mention that the white CGP practice exam question book has answers btw
