Depends where? Someone got a tattoo on their neck that said only god can judge me at 16 in my class. Everyone thought he was the s*it. One year later he is living like a vagabond.

I’d personally get one when I’m 18 just so that I can go to more reliable tattoo artists. But either way it is your choice. Although, I do find that a small tattoo on the wrist or side of the forearm looks cute! Hoping to get one soon! xx
