why did you hide your feelings? :frown: you should have asked him/her!

2 reasons. 1: I function best when I bottle up. the way I see it, revealing strong feelings is like removing a spear through your chest. it hurts like hell and it can have a pretty quick "death" afterward.
2: it was later found out that she had a crush on someone else anyway.

Yes. All except one time (where he technically still said yes, in that he was happy for me to buy him dinner as long as I was fine with the fact he had a girlfriend ) was successful.

you shouldnt want to bottle your feelings up. thats unhealthy. :frown: yeah rejection might suck, but at least afterwards you know you did it and wont wonder anymore. and you never know, someone who you had no idea might like you.

Quite a few times, and not fully with the success rate one might hope for. However it does make the occasions where it goes well all the sweeter.
