Work Experience

I am currently doing a history course but I need to find some work experience with bodes in with it for January. Does anyone have any suggestions where I could do it? I live close to London so it has to be around that area.

Why do you need work experience? History isn't a vocational course.

Local museum or archives? Often they’ll be happy to have volunteers as well.

Have they given you any guidance? It might be worth asking your college where students on your course have had work experience in the past.

Archives, museums, the British library? maybe... or if there's a national trust site near you that might be worth considering
