When integrating definite parametric integrals, do we convert the limits of the integral from x to t?

I've come across a practice question that leaves them as x-values which I think is wrong?
Assuming you're doing integration wrt t, you need to convert them to t-values.

If you've performed the integral with respect to t then you should substitute in the converted t-limits at the end. It is possible to restore things to x-values but you can get into trouble because sometimes the parametric form may describe a curve which cannot be written simply as a single function y = y(x).
