Moving to halls when someone has a positive COVID result

I'm due to move into halls tomorrow. I've just found out that someone in the building next to mine has tested positive for COVID. To my knowledge, no one in my flat or building has tested positive but now I'm unsure whether to delay my move. Understandably, it is my decision to move or not but I wondered what other people would do in this situation.
Someone existing in the building next to yours isn't exactly close contact. You've likely had much closer contact than that in your daily life already.

I'd honestly trust the system, follow what the uni tells you. If we stop what we're doing for 2 weeks every time a friend of a friend sneezes we may as well be back in lockdown again.
I’d delay it, not taking any chances but that’s just my opinion
is this about rootes at warwick by any chance?
