Friend sending dic pics to my girl

A girl Olivia has liked me for around 6months- her friends keep telling me she does. I am now ready for a relationship now and I now like her back.

We both made plans to do something and I went round to her house for pretty much a "netflix and chill" day/night and we just chilled and watched films. Later on in the night we got close and cuddled and she put her legs on my lap. I am such a pussy for not going in for the kiss because it was handed to me on a plate. And it's really bringing me down alot.

When I was leaving I said today was good we should hang out more often to make my intentions clear. But now I feel like she's bored of me and thinks I'm a "pussy".

I feel like I've made her wait to long and she is not interested anymore as she knows she's won me in a way. And when we kiss it won't be as special anymore as there will be less surprise.
I'm going to try and make plans with her later on in the week but I don't think she's in to me anymore.

Now my next problem,
Sam who I've been friends with for years was telling people that I liked another girl when I wasn't at college, a day before I was going to Olivia's house. And he said it to olivia and I have been told she looked really down after it. Sam did not know that I was going to Olivia's so he wasn't trying to mess that up but

when I was at Olivia's house he was texting olivia and me abit on her phone. Sam did not know I was there so he sent a dic pic to olivia it was a complete shock. Olivia was just laughing and I had my face in my hands for about 5 minutes . he did not know I was there so I sent a picture of me back which was pretty funny as he just replied back with omg omg.
We are all 17 btw so no one our age does this.
Not gonna lie him sending the dic pic killed the mood of our night.

For me it seems like sam likes Olivia and is trying to get with her. He knew olivia liked me but did not know I was going to her house as I don't like talking about who I'm going to make a move on etc. . I've had time to think about Sam telling Olivia I like another girl and it's like he was trying to manipulate her and take advantage of the fact she thinks I don't like her and then sam can then get with her by sending a dic pic or something. Some master plan I know. Sam does not know I know about him spreading that I like another girl because my best mate told me. So he thinks we're good.

I'm just feeling down that I have been betrayed by my friend of many years and my situation with this girl.

I am just looking for some support and advice as it is really bringing me down and have not done anything today as I can't stop thinking about it.

Sending nudes and d*** pics to a person under 18 is illegal, as is possession and distribution of child porn.
I wouldn't recommend doing so again.
